This application seems to be overdue. We are in 2021 and these dwellings are still in construction which can be attested by driving past this construction site. As it would be not possible to interfere with the local residential area, now they completely closed one side of the public pavement in front of these two dwellings on Wanniassa. No one can use the public pavement. They are going on the other side of the public pavement. It does look.like these applicants have more rights than us residents.

Whoever is in charge of this development, thought it was their right to seal off the public pavement for pedestrians including more enclosures on the other side. Both public pavements are their "property".

Workers at the site are terribly unprofessional, they curse pedestrians and say profanities to local residents as two weeks ago. A pedestrian, a local resident in the mid-age going to church, tried to walk past it. She was not able to and was cursed in loud voice by the worker on the site in a Sunday morning. He was so entitled that his verbal.sbuse voila be heard from my house, told her to shut up multiple times. I was shocked and in amazed by his unprofessional manners to scream at the old lady, demanding she crossed to walk past on the other side of the road.

So it appears that as tax payers and local residents, these dwellings owners have more rights upon the public property then others.

Is the council aware of it? Overdue date to finish this application is public (2019) and now sealed off the road with no other passage to pedestrians and local residents in the area?
