Please advise what is going on the hoarding and what the purpose of it is

A general comment - I viewed the Application summary on Stonnington's E Planning Portal. It does not give a description of the hoarding, no measurement, where on the site it will be erected, how long it will be there for.
The applicant doesn't say how an advertising hording will not affect the amenity of the area which is classed as a General Residential Zone, with a Design and Development Overlay and a Significant Landscape Overlay.

Judging by tje application and noting the building recently sold ., I would expect that the hording is advertising for future many ticky tacky boxes crammed on to the block so let’s hope they sell fast get started and finished . As before the road will be packed with trucks and builders vans and a near impossible drive during the day .
