NO NO how much more green space will disappear. More traffic on Birrell street. Bondi is already grossly over populated please no more.

I don’t understand why this is double in the list. This proposal was lodged in December and has 30 negatives comments!!!! People in the community don’t want this project to go ahead. It will cause a real problem with the traffic, another childcare so close to the school and the visitors to the seniors home will significantly increase the traffic and it is already bad!
I hope Waverly council listen and Protect the community

The area is already very congested on account of the traffic with a school and two childcare Centres already in the vicinity. This project makes no sense for this location, residents already struggle to find parking in particular given the regular use of Waverley park for community sports. This project will have significant negative impacts on the community, the scale of this project is ridiculous and will negatively impact visually on the area, as well as posing a safety hazard for children by increasing traffic in an area that is heavily used by children in the local community.

Is this a new application for the same development on the Waverly Bowling Club? Will the comments on the previous application be copied across here. The project is disputed by the community in with this proposal and the previous. If we remove the community space replace it with another community/green space rather than more units and more congestion. Why not do something like the Acre at the Inner west or the Greens in North Sydney ..

This DA is being assessed by Waverley Council and would then go the NSW joint regional planning panel as it is above $30 million. https://www.planningalerts.org.au/applications/1134770

It is obvious from the comments and outcome of the last DA for this project that did not proceed and from the community response to this new application that there is no community appetite for another multi-storey development that will add to the already dire traffic congestion and parking problems. The latter that will no doubt result in further restrictions and hardship for the existing local residents. It will place additional burden on the existing facilities in the area and impact on the quality of life of the immediate residents. Listen to the people - your constituents!!
