1. If this tree is healthy and not dropping limbs, Council should refuse this application.

2. Another tree to be removed. Why? Dangerous or unhealthy?

3. No, no, no - no more trees down. We have just had 40 trees removed from next to us to make way for another massive development. Hundreds of trees have been removed from around us. It is a very well known fact that trees help ameliorate with climate change. You can feel the cool when you walk through a canopy of trees with the temperature increasing dramatically when you walk out into the sun.

4. Can we see an arborist report about the tree? I do not support removal of trees unless there is a very good reason. We have lost so many trees in Epping because our planning controls are not sufficient, or are not followed. Please keep the tree and prune if need be.
