I can see some sentinal trees on this site (Norfolk Pine). Once the build is finished, can the owners replace trees taken down with natives to tolerate the salt air and ground for shade? The Cook Pine as ideal for front facing beach sites - just an idea.
The Brisbane Water area is now rated as the hottest region on the Central Coast (along with Warnervale and Somersby) and with the hottest summer on record so far, we need to replace and add to the shade as soon as possible.
