    There are some shade trees on the rear fence that could be worked around by the builders as all too often, sites are clear-felled with not even a blade of grass left.
    The tenant at the rear will be grateful for some trees - being the western side as will the neighbours at the back retain some green privacy.
    Note: The Peninsula is now rated (with Warnervale and Somersby) as the hottest area on the Central Coast. We are now enduring the hottest summer on record (so far) so any replacement or new shade trees will add value to the investor and places for native wildlife (birds in particular) to reside.

    Agree with Lesley. We desperately need more trees not less. Make planting more trees or at least maintaining existing ones a requisite of approval.
