1. If these 4 trees are healthy and not dropping limbs, Council should refuse this application.

2. Trees contribute to the streetscape and local microclimate of our community.
   Pipes can be cleared. A tree overhanging the footpath is not grounds to remove the tree. What kind of trees are they? There is no arborist report, and I recommend that these tree removals are not permitted.
