This DA is on the back of previous NOTICE & APPEAL TO THE LAND & ENVIRONMENT COURT - Site: 9 Power Avenue , ALEXANDRIA - REFERENCE NUMBER D/2017/1809 which was withdrawn. The Developer has now waited until most Residents and those concern about this DA which mirrors the prior one shows no car parking again and little or minimal accessibility and a traffic study that makes no mention of the effect of West Connex into McEvoy and rat running into all streets of Alexandria. No environmental study for increase in traffic pollution close to a State Development at Alexandria Park School. The Developer has chosen this timing to get it through Council without concerns being raised as under the original DA.
