Hello thanks for the opportunity to have my say, Haig Street has another development on the corner of Haig and Clarendon is it possible to stagger the 2 developments to avoid traffic and disruption to the area, having 2 developments on the go in the same street within 50 meters of each other will put considerable strain on the area.

    Hello,
Whilst we support and endorse development of our surroundings, I feel having 2 large scale construction projects happening simultaneously is to the detriment of Haig st. It would not only put traffic and congestion in the street to levels not sustainable but will also mean a very large amount of residual dust and dirt from the construction will make our outdoor areas unusable without constant cleaning (+ dirty windows).
Phasing the developments would be ideal.
    Thank you
