I would like to object to the removal of this covenant with out see the plans.
To my understanding removing the covenant would allow for multiple dwellings on the one property. In all of Legh Street and surrounding area there is only one dwelling per property. Removing the covenant would allow them to build more than one property which would not fit into the Street/area environment.

We would like to object to the removal of this covenant with out seeing the plans.
To our understanding removing the covenant would allow for multiple dwellings on the one property. In all of Legh Street and surrounding area there is only one dwelling permitted per property. Removing the covenant would allow building more than one dwelling per property which would not fit into the Street/area environment. It would severely congest the street with cars parked everywhere. We have a pleasant environment with the current covenant restricting to 1 dwelling per property and would hate to lose this. We would seriously consider leaving Darebin if this removal of single dwelling covenant is removed

If the development was to be approved I will be leaving the area as it will end up congested like Leamington St towards High St end.
