    This property is located on a NEIGHBOURHOOD RESIDENTIAL ZONE. It is NRZ3 based on VicPlan. it is LOW SCALE, LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AREAS. Now they are applying for two story apartment building comprising of 19 dwellings after withdrawal
    their previous application for 10 dwellings four years ago. This application should never be accepted by the council as they obvious not meet with all the planning schemes.

    Delivered to local councillor Jim Parke. They are yet to respond.

    19 units in NRZ3 seems well outside the one dwelling per 300 sq m rule.
