Can the owners plant a street tree when the build has finished. See Council's preferred tree list for ideas and preferably plant an advanced specimen in auntumn/winter for fast growth and sustainability.
This will help the Peninsula recover some of the many mature trees that have been lost to intensive developments (villas, flats and granny cottages). The Peninsula is now rated, with Warnervale and Long Jetty, the hottest 'heat-sink' area on the Central Coast.

Sneeky barstards get approval for a 2 story Mc Mansion over xmas new year. So nobody can complain. It will be directly over looking my pool there goes any privacy.
