There is already over construction in the area. There has already been an expansion of a boarding house a few blocks away. This is too much development and there is not enough provision for parking attached to the development. This block is primarily houses and we need to maintain blocks of houses in the area to maintain the balance. In addition the council is not upgrading infrastructure to cope with additional development which means over development needs to stop.

Should have more parking (10+) with the development or the nearby streets will be crowded with parked cars. The staff working there perhaps would have already taken most of the 7 parking.

As a resident of Botany for almost 20 years, I have noticed so much change to traffic and parking in our local area and I feel potential growth will put pressure on infrastructure and existing services.
Please maintain this block for only family homes as this is only fair to residents living in this already established suburb.
