The proposal is alterations and additions to an existing building (building 2). All existing windows are to be removed and replaced with new windows and doors. There are to be internal renovations as per floor plans provided. The external faade is being upgraded to make new. The precast walls are to be maintained with new cladding and awnings attached, please refer to elevations and the material schedule provided. A new podium is being added to unit 1 as per Upper floor plan provided. Please refer to architectural plans for more detail.
