    I object to this development because of the loss of amenity, demolition of another freestanding Federation building in excellent condition and cumulative impact of multiple three story developments within the Randwick/Coogee/Clovelly area in Randwick Council boundaries causing traffic congestion, pollution and overcrowding of infrastructure, public transport, schools and general loss of amenity.

    I object to the demolition of this freestanding home which is in keeping with the historic aesthetics of the neighbourhood. Additional development will cause congestion, over crowding and is not sympathetic to the suburbs neighbouring buildings.
