Hello - we would like to understand the development application for this site which stands to remove sunlight and privacy across 7 blocks of units along Schwebel Street amounting to more than 170 residents. This development will be challenged by the local community.
The traffic jams, restricted etreer access, excess pedestrians from the station and location of this proposed development f will insight congestion, remove key amenities such as sunlight and privacy to all surrounding businesses and residents. This will not be accepted.

Is this a development application or improvements to the current building? It would be nice if the applicant made more reference to what this work is for on the IW council site, as the $80k number doesn't seem like a lot of money that's been invested.
