    There should be a limit on building's above a certain height in this area in keeping with the rest of the street, which is set to about 4 floors. Already the rest of St Leonards is becoming overshadowed by overly large buildings. This is unnecessary to add an additional floor to an existing building a will over shadow existing properties in the residential area behind.
