Can the owner/developer leave the shade trees on the side boundary?
The Peninsula with Warnervale, is now the hottest area on the Central Coast from the advance of medium-density housing (more rooves, driveways & tin fencing) and the felling of too many trees. While replacing old houses improves the amenity of the area, keeping trees is shown to be highly desired by prospective buyers who are willing to pay a premium.
Can the contractor make an effort to work around the trees instead of clear-felling everything?
