We reside at 3 Howard St, which seems to be adjacent to the proposed construction of 3 terrace houses. We already have one two-storey construction adjacent to our property, about which we received no opportunity for consultation. Because we have no other information about this new development, we are concerned about the height of the development, and how close it will be to our boundary.
