Remove one (1) Weeping Lilly Pilly from rear property boundary. This tree is unsuitable & unsustainable in its location. There is insufficient space for this tree to flourish and mature in good health and vigour. The root system is pushing up against the boundary wall causing it to bow, creating ongoing damage. The canopy over hangs the neighbours property, to prune this tree away from it would require a significant amount to be removed, leaving the tree as a poor specimen.

about 1 month ago, 2 kilometres away

Remove one (1) Eucalypt from the neighbouring boundary wall. This tree is unsuitable & unsustainable in its location. There is insufficient space for it to flourish and mature in good health and vigour. It is starting to push over the boundary wall, as the tree grows the damage will worsen. Remove one (1) Camphor Laurel on Birrell Street, remove one (1) Pine from Watson Street entrance. The removal of the Conifer sp. (Pine Tree) and the Cinnamomum camphora (Camphor Laurel) has been refused due to insufficient information. It was assessed that there are no horticultural / arboricultural reasons to remove these trees.

  4. St Catherines Girls School 26 Albion Street Waverley NSW 2024
about 1 month ago, 940 metres away

Remove one (1) Camphor Laurel from near Macpherson Street boundary. This tree has dropped large limbs in the past, now the canopy is overhanging the building and blocking the drains. Buttress roots are forming and are causing the surrounding pavers and asphalt to lift, they are also possibly the cause of the heritage listed sandstone wall showing signs of being pushed out. This tree presents an unacceptable level of risk of damage to the property and students.
