    This is another request plan for unsustainable multi developments. Combined with recent plans for adjacent streets the local infrastructure has no way to cope with such an influx of residents.

    How can this block be big enough for 15 units? This is an inappropriate number given the population expansion it would mean for the area. We will be losing invaluable green space, no doubt. Will the infrastructure be able to cope with the demand on resources if this practice continues? I fear not.
