1. 7 Storeys is FAR TOO HIGH for this area.
   Pity about the beautiful old building. (Should be Heritage listed)
   Isn't the height restrictions set for 4 Storeys for this area.
   Does Darebin Really Council Care???
   Other issues like congestion, parking, shadowing, do developers just
   get a rubber stamp and do what they like.
   Residents concerns appear to be pushed aside.

2. Correction 5 Storeys High, (applied for 7 in 2011)
   This area has restrictions to 4 Storeys high I believe???
   Other side of Plenty is allowed to go 6 Storeys?
   Why is this???
   Should be restricted to 4 storeys both sides of Plenty Road.
   Can I Get the Mayor of Darebin to contact me on this.
   What can I say Preston's Character is being destroyed.

3. Shocked and devastated that this lovely old gem will be demolished . Surely this is not the case. Please confirm this with me
