It is not appropriate to add another residential level to this block in an area which is already over developed - this is simply another example of developer greed trying to make even greater profit by exploiting Dundas. Also the removal of the visitor parking space will exacerbate the already over crowded streets making it even more difficult to park and more dangerous for the local students.

  2. Robert Pellegriti commented

Another example of council and developer greed. Developers who don’t live in the area are exploiting an area which is already becoming congested with duplexes and unit blocks. Once Quiet Roads are becoming dangerous due to congestion. It is no point complaining - council washes its hands and blames state government planning laws .
