    Thankyou Wendy,

Contrary to your assurance that this has not been approved, the website associated with this matter states that the re-zoning of this site was completed on the 17-10-18. No public notification required. We have since received an email from yourself that states, with this new zoning the re-configuration of these lots from 5 to 67 is allowable as standard process without public notification or objection. The proposal, along with already submitted plans, displayed on the council website shows an intersection in front of our home. I find this situation appalling, when we are already subjected to endless hoons racing up and down our street and doing burnouts and donuts all hours of the night at another nearby intersections. I struggle to reverse my boat and caravan in my driveway already, let alone trying to do this in the middle of an intersection. Added to this will be traffic all day and night, headlights shinning in my families bedrooms all hours of the night. Surely the access road into this site could be relocated to a less offensive position.
It amazes me that after our treatment in relation to the last development disaster, council is still acting in such an obscure manner.
    Best regards Allan Hill
