Stop it with slapping 6 families on one block. Our local infrastructure cannot support this influx of people as if is. Look at the roads for example...3rd world standard
Make sure there's no noise before 7am

Once again we are demolishing houses and building units. Council you have destroyed Umina as a place where families want to move to. Families do not move into units. The area is full of retirees and affordable accommodation, whose residents do nothing for the economy of the area.

Umina is becoming unsafe and unliveable for families due to over development, insufficient infrastructure and a failure of adequate planning and control.

As a family in the area, over the past 6months we have seen our lifestyle in Umina eroded and we have had countless near misses on the roads and laneways, which are now used a roads.

We have had our child hit in the face by gravel rocks thrown up by cars driving too fast and hitting the loose gravel on the road edges and throwing up rocks; we have had several near misses with children almost hit when walking and cycling on laneways which are now extremely heavily used by cars to access secondary dwellings and units; we regularly see cars loose control on the gravel road edges and laneways; we are not able to use roads to walk and cycle with young children because they are blocked by parking and forcing pedestrians onto overused and congested roads; we have had near misses trying to pull out of side roads due to layers of cars parked on sidewalks blocking the view of oncoming traffic and preventing oncoming traffic being able to see cars turning.

This overdevelopment has destroyed liveability of the area.

The council has failed the area it is only a matter of time before there is a tragedy in our area.

    Same development , Same problems

I oppose the development of 433 Ocean Beach Road, Umina as like 5 Osborn Avenue and 454 Ocean Beach Road

This will overlook the childcare centre close by and neighbouring residence
