    Another subdivision on blocks that are all houses is taking development too far. There are already enough problems with infrastructure provision in the area but in addition there are parking and overcrowding concerns by adding so many to one small block.
    Regulations need to be more strict in relation to Torrens title and division of property with consideration of existing residents.

    Please make sure these dwellings are of highest quality with design so to enhance the area and not make it look down market. (Cheap)We need more up market buildings in the area. Botany is growing now is the time to ensure quality control with these new buildings. There must be underground parking for 2 cars to each building as Botany has a terrible problem with parking. 1.Parking is a real problem.. 2. Ensure higher end dwelling with flare and quality. Thank you.
