6 homes on space for 3 is inconsistent with the look of this neighbourhood. Secondly, the reduction in visitor car parking is not acceptable as this area is already congested with park visitors and the road is tight when cars are parked in the street instead of on the property. Every other resident has the requirement to have off road parking... why penalise the neighbours with added pressure for parking spaces.

This planning is not consistent with our neighbourhood. There are no double storey homes there. You are putting 6 homes on a site which, for consistency, should have 2 on it. Lack of off street parking will cause many issues in such a little road space. Every other home has off street parking available to them, why is it different here? The impact on surrounding homes will be negative. The development does nothing to enhance the area either aesthetically or socially.

Hi. This development will have a negative impact on the whole estate, not only on the surrounding properties. If this development will impact the price of my property I will expect to be compensated accordingly.
It is not the right place for such a big development.
