The building is proposed next to Cochrane Terrace, which is a very narrow road. This will cause a lot of problems in term of traffic for the residential on the street. In addition, there aren't enough car park in the proposal and the parking along Cochrane Terrace is also limited. This will cause people do illegal parking on the road or park on the council walkway.
