No issues with the extra height of number 70 Antoine St.
But please please NO kebab or chicken CHARCOAL COOKING BURNING SHOPS in residential this area.
I'm accutely allergic to the fumes.
Same please with the shops going up at 72 Antoine St. I implore you to consider the fumes.

While the block is zoned commercial, a 3 storey building will be out of character with the street. Please rezone the entire area to 3 storey or more.

  3. Mel commented

2x 3 storey buildings right next door to each other in the same street will be out of character. The whole area needs to be rezoned to match these new buildings and to match what is happening at the James Ruse end of Rydalmere, 3 storey or more.

I corner 3 story building does NOT mean the entire area should be rezoned to high density. 90% of the area is single level homes.

  5. Steven Young commented

Small scale rezone and development is a waste of this area’s potential. Rydalmere is a great suburb in terms of location, referring to the case of Melrose park, this whole area should have a good scheme for rezoning together, it not only benefits individual land owners in the area, but for a better future for the suburb
