I live at no. 14 Glen Ave, which is opposite to no. 13. We are at the end of the no through road. There are yellow lines on the road denoting no parking. We object to the construction of 5 dwellings. It will create overcrowding. The street is narrow and at present construction is happening at no. 4 which is already creating congestion. It will destroy the ambiance and pleasant nature of this area. Campbelltown and Tranmere are known for its open space, trees and nature. If the applications go ahead for Glen Ave whose street numbers end at no. 14, there will be 4 blocks containing 23 dwellings. This will be a huge burden on power and sewage for the street, and also impacting the road use and street parking, which is very limited.
