I would like to apply for land subdivision of 14 Ellerselie Drive, Rostrevor. I referred to the site at 10 Ellerselie Drive, Rostrevor, it was exactly the same case but why it entitled for the exemption of Foothill zone to subdivide in 2. Could you please approve my subdivide entitlement on 14 Ellerselie Drive, Rostrevor. Thank you for your kind consideration.

Please do not approve the subdivision of 14 Ellerselie Drive, Rostrevor. The owners of 10 Ellerselie Drive, should not have been granted an exemption. The foothills need to be protected from over development. Two wrongs do not make a right.
