I believe that the property of 17 scipio st Yagoona should be rejected by the council due to the fact that the property rear extension was illegally built whilst lying to neighbors and builder that she had council approval
Rear cabin in backyard is built on top of water easements which is illegal
Makes me wonder why have a local council when when no one obeys council rules , the property owner has no respect or consideration to her neighbors
also the property internal rooms and the cabin in the yard and the backyard pergola makeshift bedroom are listed online for rental for short and long time stays for extra income while being on Centrelink as a pensioner.
We the neighbors are fed up with constant activity all hours of night to early hours of morning
Police have been call out a few times regarding strange activities
