In relation to proposed works at 210 Nell Street ,please note that I, Clare Webb, reside at 208 Nell Street Greensborough.
The East elevation of 210 Nell Street is the side adjoining my property.
Please note (Sheets 7 and 8) that windows on bedrooms 2 and 3 in the proposed Unit 2 will overlook my rear yard.
I am requesting these windows (appearing on the plan to be sliding or awning windows with frosted glazing film) be substituted for windows with FIXED lower panes in frosted glass (NOT FILM).
This would be the same as windows indicated on the North Elevation (i.e. the Doris Street property at the rear of 210 Nell Street).
If these East elevation windows had top opening panes ONLY, this would ensure that my privacy is not compromised when the windows are wound/slid open.
Frosted glazing rather than merely the "film" would ensure lasting privacy instead of a coating which can be removed.
Additionally, there is a steel garden shed approximately 2.5 by 2 metres in the North West corner of my rear garden along with my clothes-line. These are not shown on any of the plans relating to this submission and are unclear in aerial photos.
I am unaware whether this omission has implications detrimental to either me or my neighbours' proposed plans.I request that any damage to either my shed or clothes-line
due to the building works be covered by the builder.
I value my lovely north facing rear garden highly and it was a significant factor in my purchase of this property in 2010. I am highly motivated to retain the value and character of my vintage property. Whilst I realise dual occupancy developments are unavoidable and appreciate my neighbours' consideration in their plans thus far, I repectfully request your consideration of my suggested amendments.

    Yours sincerely

    Clare Webb
