This proposal is to re-align the boundary between Vol 10120 Fol 883 (PC354154) and Vol 9482 Fol 906 (TP261631) all of which is currently addressed as 1106 Lang Lang Poowong Road, Poowong. Both titles are currently held in the name of the same proprietors. Referring to the accompanying existing condition plan - the proposal is to move the current title boundary from the northern side of the double storey brick and weatherboard residence to the southern side of the residence to line up with the northern side of the existing concrete cattle path. Both proposed lots have existing access off the Lang Lang Poowong service road and it is anticipated some services may need to be re-aligned to avoid crossing the proposed boundary.
