    It is proposed to realign the common boundary between the two subject sites slightly west by approximately 4 metres to align the boundary with adjoining property boundaries. This will result in a reduction of approximately 64 square metres to 346 Kooyong Road, representing an 8% reduction in the total lot area of the site. The lot size at 23 Clarinda Street will increase to approximately 560 square metres. The reason for the common boundary realignment is to create additional private open space for 23 Clarinda Street and to align the property boundary to be consistent the surrounding allotment pattern of the area.
