Section 4.55(1) modification of DA/910/2022 for demolition of existing structures and construction of a two-storey dual occupancy with Torrens Title subdivision. The modification seeks to include stamped Torrens Title Subdivision plans to amend the condition 1.

Section 4.55(2) modification to DA/681/2021 for alterations and additions to Parramatta Leagues Club including partial demolition, minor excavation, upgrade of access arrangements and construction of a licensed premise comprising a restaurant and bar with a seating capacity of 156 seats and associated signage to operate 24 hours, 7 days. The licensed premises is associated with the existing Parramatta Leagues Club. Modifications include the provision of a new gaming area including new amenities, installation of a new façade feature wall and roof elements over the alfresco area and signage.

The Application was identified as Integrated under Section 91 of the Water Management Act 2000. The modifications include internal and external changes to the building, provision of additional parking and additional signage. The application is being re-notified as description has been amended due to an error in the notification dates.
