The proposal seek to relocate the existing trading zone from Chapman Road Car Park to Bicentennial Park at the pedestrian pathway (Corner Northcote & Federal Roads). Hours of operation to remain 6.00am to 9.00pm during daylight savings time, 7 days a week and 6.00am to 8.00pm at other times, 7 days a week. Individual food trucks will be limited to trading periods of up to five hours each.
