- The proposal seeks consent to continue to operate a maximum of one gourmet food truck at a time at Sydney Park with the car park off the Princes Highway for a further 12 months. Individual food trucks will be limited to trading periods of up to five hours each. Proposed hours of operation for the site are 5.00pm to 11.00pm Tuesday to Saturday, 5.00pm to 10.00pm Sunday and 7.00am to 11.00pm Monday. Proposal also seeks to allow 10 chairs and four tables adjacent to the food truck.
